For over 15 years Omnify Lighting, a division of Lumify Inc., has been delivering lighting innovation for retail merchandising, and point-of-purchase display companies. Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations and Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory, working towards the achievement of the company’s sales plans and objectives.

This role is well-suited to an individual with a passion for customer service, a knack for sales, and a desire to drive business growth through strong client relationships. If you are a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales and client services, we would love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth within the territory.
  • Actively work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets as set out in the company’s sales plans and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve any client issues promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer information to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and effort.
  • Professionally represent the company in all interactions, maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation in the marketplace.
  • Take initiative in following up with clients proactively to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of the customer engagement process, from initiation to the conclusion of the customer journey.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through the ticketing system, ensuring queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative in customer follow-up.
  • Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
