Lone Wolf seeks a talented Customer Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, implementing, and managing a Customer Marketing strategy for the company. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communication, you’ll work in concert with our Demand Generation, Communication, and Creative teams to create content that resonates with our customers, supports our revenue and retention efforts, and furthers our company’s vision to simplify real estate. Along the way, you’ll amplify our voice to our customers and upgrade their brand experience through all channels.

With major upgrades coming for many of our flagship solutions, this role offers a tremendous opportunity to improve the customer experience for thousands of brokerages and hundreds of thousands of agents across North America.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and execute the Customer Marketing strategy to support our product, revenue, and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to launch Customer Marketing campaigns that improve retention and generate pipeline for ongoing customer upgrades.
  • Create social media strategy and own each of the platforms in collaboration with marketing communications team.
  • Improve the customer in-app experience in collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders, including the Customer Success, Training, and Partner teams.
  • Find and grow customer advocates to produce and promote case studies, reviews, quotes, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to analyze engagement metrics and find new opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve lifetime value.
  • Any other duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience leading successful marketing strategies in a B2B/SaaS environment
  • 2-4 years of experience managing corporate social media
  • Exceptional creativity and marketing communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience building, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns through a variety of digital channels
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, strategy, and KPIs
  • Strong storytelling skills with the proven ability to adapt tactics to different audiences
  • Experience with marketing CRM automation tools, including Marketo and Salesforce, an asset
  • Experience with real estate an asset, but not required
  • Creative and decisive thinker
  • Collaborator who can work positively with a range of stakeholders, mitigate potential disagreements, and find common ground
  • A marketing professional who loves new challenges, finding creative solutions, pushing forward to get results, and doing the work, big or small
