Imperium was founded in 2018 by two Queen’s University graduates. Since then, Imperium has been growing each year and employs a network of subcontractors in several countries around the globe as well as 9 in-house employees. In late 2022, Blue Collar Marketing was launched and has quickly become the company's primary focus. Our company atmosphere is a work hard, play hard environment. Job description
Imperium is hiring a Customer Success Managerin Kingston Ontario (Opportunity for remote work after training) with main responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Service and maintain current website projects
- Communicating directly with clients, development teams, and subcontractors
- Performing on-boarding calls with clients via zoom
- Take 100% ownership of clients to ensure success at all stages of the client life cycle
- Improve client management flow, systems, and communication
- Up-sell clients where appropriate and facilitate client referrals (Commission Structure)
We are looking for candidates with the following education, experience and attributes:
- Above average computer literacy
- Strong Work Ethic
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize important tasks
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales & Account Management Experience considered an asset
- General WordPress Web Design & SEO knowledge
- Experience with Trello, Rocketlane, ChatGPT, and Make.com considered an asset
- Work experience in the construction industry considered an asset
The ideal candidate will treat the company as their own and wants to take on additional responsibilities to further grow Imperium and Blue Collar Marketing.
