Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this outbound sales position, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by selling Photo/Video Booths and other experiential photo and video packages for a wide variety of events, including corporate functions, galas, brand activations, weddings, graduations, and milestone celebrations. Your key target market will be both direct customers and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through existing and new leads
- Produce sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting efforts and from opt-in sales lead lists
- Represent the Imagica brand well by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Use your in-depth understanding of our Photo/Video Booth packages and service offerings to effectively recommend solutions based on clients' event needs and objectives
- Work with direct customers and businesses to customize packages, services and/or event activations that align with their event goals and budget
- Track ongoing interactions and manage the sales lifecycle using our CRM system in a virtual shared environment
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices within the Photo Booth and events industry
Requirements
- A Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably within the events industry/sector. Post-secondary education is advantageous.
- Proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and elevating the overall customer experience
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate well orally and written
- Possess an outgoing personality and the ability to connect with customers effortlessly
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
- An entrepreneurial attitude when it comes to individual performance
- Experience using CRM software to track and manage all aspects of the sales cycle
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including making outbound calls and taking inbound inquiries between 9am-8pm Monday to Sunday
