Oxi CP manufactures store brand cleaning products for major retailers throughout North America. We are looking for an on site full-time Customer Service and Admin Support Manager to join our team.
Duties will include:
- Order entry and coordination including communication with customers, coordinating freight and reporting
- Accounting support: invoice creation, payment posting and other basic functions
- Inventory support: physical counts, incoming material coordination for select accounts
- Purchasing and inventory control of production and office supplies
Qualifications:
- Office administration, Customer Service and basic accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with freight and customs brokerage is a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Quickbooks etc.)
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm) - some flexibility
Vacation: 3 weeks to start + 1 week half days
