We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service and Administrative Support Representative for our Laval office for 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome candidates and clients presenting themselves at the office.
- Register candidates, verify files, and attach various documents as well as any information to be modified or added to the file.
- Handle all incoming calls and faxes: accurately relay them to different individuals/departments.
- Grade tests and input results into the candidate's electronic file.
- Print company documentation as needed.
- Perform any other related tasks.
