The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Clerk. This is a customer facing role, and you’ll be relied upon to deliver excellence service to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our customers will rely on your technical expertise, and tire product and automotive service knowledge to develop appropriate recommendations for their unique needs. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent position.

What you’ll do

• Provide product and service quotes and finalize sales.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Review with clients the recommendations, diagnostics and services performed.
• Perform customer follow-ups as needed.
• Order tires, tires, rims, tubes, wheel nuts and accessories and arrange product shipping logistics.
• Ensure products and services are invoiced accurately.

What you offer

• Previous experience in sales, or Customer Service. Experience in automotive or tire services is an asset.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a must!
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, and professional Customer Service skills.
• Ability to listen to, and understand customer needs and concerns, and determine appropriate action needed.
• Ability to learn quickly in a high-paced shop environment.

Salary: $20/hour.
