About the Job

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday day/eveningavailability a must
• Mid-Week hours available
• Report to the Shorex Pier Supervisor and help prepare for dispatch all guest.
• Assigned task during dispatch - putting up signs, greeting guests and directing to proper lineups, loading buses, collecting tickets etc.
• Receive clipboard with dispatch sheet and note times of loading guests and guest count for each tour.
• Once all tours have left the pier, compare dispatch sheet with Pier Supervisor
• Clean up all signage off the pier and fill out staff timesheet.

We are looking for:

• Report to the Shorex Pier Supervisor and help prepare for dispatch all guest.
• Assigned tasks during dispatch include, displaying appropriate signage, greeting guests, directing to proper queues, loading buses, and ticket collection etc.
• Receive daily tools and materials (clipboard, dispatch sheet) and log times of buses being loaded with our guests and count for each tour.
• Upon departure of all tours from the Cruise Terminal/Pier, reconcile logs and information with Pier Supervisor.
• Collect all signage from the Pier and complete staff timesheet.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule (work shifts, based on cruise ship schedules) Friday and Saturday evenings a must.
• Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• English speaking mandatory and other languages advantageous.
