Customer Service Extraordinar (Will Train!)

Here at Modern PURAIR® we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Technician Team as an "Customer Service Extraordinar". We offer great pay, great incentives, a fun, supportive work environment and thorough practical training.

We are currently seeking Customer Service Extraordinars to join our team based in Castlegar, BC. Previous experience is not required, we Will Train the right candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for completing Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Duct Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base.

• Have a clean driver abstract and be able to pass a criminal background check

• Able to successfully work in both team/independent environments

IAQ Expert can expect:

• $19/hr start, $20/hr after training is complete (typically 2 weeks)
• To earn up to $35/hr with profit sharing, there is no cap on how much you can earn via profit share, the better you do the more you earn!
• Once graduated from training, post-3-month probation, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure
• Commission on certain products
• Bonus pay for specific achievements

• 4% Holiday Pay (this is 4% of your total wage including profit share and bonus')
