Ollia Macarons & Tea (16 Ave SW, Calgary) is a boutique patisserie focusing on French macarons, teas, curated homewares, baking classes, and over all, bringing that certain je ne sais quoi to Calgary. Genuine and personable Customer service is part of creating a sweet Ollia experience. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who embodies the spirit of the store and the products to join the Ollia Front of Store Team.
Hours for this position:
We are looking to hire for End of August/Beginning of September 2023.
Preferred availability to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am - 7:30pm.
There is some flexibility for availability within those days and times. During peak busy seasons there are opportunities for more hours (including during weekends).
Your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Being a key holder: opening and closing the store
- Ensuring that the Front of the store runs smoothly: helping customers, providing product knowledge, light barista duties, answering the phone and emails, taking custom orders and class bookings, and filling orders from multiple channels (online, in-store, wholesale)
- Keep track of inventory and restocking merchandise
- Working to achieve sales goals
- Participating in and representing Ollia at community events
