We are a fast growing, luxury fashion brand that is looking to fill a part time Customer Service and Fulfillment Associate. The main objective of this position is to fulfill online orders, including applying personalization to the product (Training provided, no experience needed) and oversee the Customer Service experience.
Duties:
- To pack and fulfill orders in an efficient, timely manner
- Oversee company’s Customer Service function, responding to customer email inquiries and address any concerns
- To conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate quantities
- To maintain office organization and cleanliness, and order supplies as needed
- To represent the brand at retail events as needed
- Time commitment: 15-20 hours per week
A successful individual in this role will:
- Be a high energy, team player with an interest in fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to execute tasks independently and problem solve Customer Service issues
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Be proficient in English and computer literate
- Have 1+ years of retail or Customer Service experience
- Have the ability to travel around GTA, access to car preferred but not required
- Prior knowledge/experience using a sewing machine, preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
