`Duties include:
Meet and greet customers in person at the Parts Order Desk
Answer incoming calls and emails for parts inquiries
Order Products, coordinate deliveries and interact with clients over the phone and in person.
Preparing Quotes/estimates for clients
Entering & Processing customer orders
Fulfilling parts orders for customer and internal service requests
Inventory management of incoming and outgoing parts.
Maintaining a clean and presentable works space and show room
Experience and skills:
Must have strong keyboarding skills and be able to communicate clearly in writing.
Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proficient in use of Chrome web browser, Microsoft everyday software
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
Knowledge of inventory management and stocking principles an asset.
Presentable team player with attention to detail skills
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs daily
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
