Responsibilities:
- Promote client satisfaction
- Answer parents' phone calls and emails through HubSpot and Webex
- Manage camp registrations through Amilia
- Send invoices to parents
- Communicate parent satisfaction concerns to the Head of Customer Support and Location Managers
- Convert potential client into a buying client
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience
- Ability to work independently
- Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Basic mathematics proficiency for accurate invoicing and financial transactions
