SalaryAs a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include efficiently responding to customer inquiries, maintaining excellent service standards, and managing client invoices. During the off-season, you will work remotely, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email. During the on-season, you will be assigned to a specific location to handle on-site inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Promote client satisfaction
- Answer parents' phone calls and emails through HubSpot and Webex
- Manage camp registrations through Amilia
- Send invoices to parents
- Communicate parent satisfaction concerns to the Head of Customer Support and Location Managers
- Convert potential client into a buying client
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience
- Ability to work independently
- Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Basic mathematics proficiency for accurate invoicing and financial transactions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as a team - collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments

- Comfortable working with computer applications and proficient in phone-based communication
