Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
