Prairie Centre Insurance currently has a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative position available at our Rosetown location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, solutions, and top notch service to clients in order to meet their SGI Motor License Issuing needs. The Customer Service Representative will have a genuine desire to serve clients in an effective and efficient manner, resulting in strong business relationships.
Key Competencies:
Provide friendly service to clients, both in-person and over-the-phone
Process SGI Motor License Issuing transactions efficiently and accurately
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and strategies
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data
Provide administrative support as required
Data entry in Broker Management system
Key Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience preferred
Strong computer abilities, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven Customer Service experience
Salary will commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
