```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and process orders
```Requirements```
- Fluent in English;
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
