Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

- Can handle store and over the phone customer

-FLEXIBLE TO WORK IN OTHER BRANCH OF THE COMPANY

- TECH SAVY IS A PLUS

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing

Pay: $16.55-$20.99 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
