Description
We are seeking a Customer Service oriented individual to work in our insurance office.
Duties to include: serving the public, operating specialized computer programs, motor licensing, insurance sales and service, answering phones, accounts receivable and various other duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and accounting software
- The ability to multi-task, adapt to change, meet deadlines and participate in ongoing training
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- An Insurance Brokers license and/or motor licensing experience are considered assets but training can be provided
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- The successful applicant will require a criminal record check
