Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the management of customer orders. With your ability to listen, you'll build relationships of trust with the customer and provide the best service possible: satisfaction above all!

Responsibilities

· Respond to customer calls and take orders

· Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries

· Advise customers on products

· Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed

· Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude;

· Inspect and clean the frames

· Executing any additional tasks related to Customer Service.
