Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Laval, QC

Type of Employment: Full-Time – Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What to Expect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, investigate, report and take appropriate action with regards to OS&D, night operations reports
• Ensure all priority alerts or specials are on-time
• Trace shipments
• Provide verbal POD’s
• Coordinate specials or samedays
• Investigate and/or advise customer regarding OS&Dshipments/undeliverable shipments
• Maintain designated customer accounts
• Knowledge of designated accounts, i.e. Product, customer expectations
• Enter pickups and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone calls
• * Any additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
• Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
