We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
