Job Summary:
We are seeking a mature highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
