We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, complete online orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products
- Assist other members of the team with food preparation
- Assist customers with placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills
- Ability to upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Previous experience in Customer Service in quick service restaurant is preferred, but not required
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
