Self Stor is a GTA-based self storage provider founded in 1996.
The CSR/Janitorial Assistant is responsible for assisting the District Service Manager at our North York storage location (150 Bermondsey Rd).
The regular shift hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. These hours may be adjusted depending on the requirements of the location
Position details:
- Renting storage space to customers over the phone and in person. Providing tours of the buildings and completing rental agreements.
- Collecting funds and posting payments
- Close the office daily
- Making collections calls and processing past due notices to customers
- Cleaning of the office and washrooms daily
- Cleaning vacated units, sweeping and mopping of the buildings hallways and loading areas.
- Shoveling snow and salting around exterior doors and loading areas
- Must be comfortable using light power tools (drill, angle grinder etc)
- Must love cats! we have a working cat at this location
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be working at our location in North York.
Qualified candidates must have strong sales and Customer Service skills and must enjoy working with customers face-to-face. Strong basic computer skills are also required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00 per hour
