Responsible for tracking and tracing assigned clients orders: ensure tracing board is clear and updated at the end of each shift.
Execute defined solutions to meet Clients expectations.
8:30am to 5:30pm shift.
Grow and enhance the front end relationship of our clients and customers within the assigned portfolio.
Enter all orders, record shipping details and updates in a timely manner accurately.
Regularly correspond with clients and follow up on freight movement, solve complex service issues, address inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for further growth and development to the clients relationship and experience.
Approve accessorial charges and invoices issues on behalf of Carriers and get the charges approved from the customers.
Proactively communicate all freight deficiencies and issues to Dispatch accordingly.
Cross train to ensure complete service continuity during absences.
