The Opportunity
Charlottetown, PE Customer Service Entry Level Full-time - Permanent $33,681 - $50,521 / year
Job Summary The new position of Member Service Counsellor/Travel Advisor will be a valuable addition to our Charlottetown Team. The successful candidate will primarily be providing excellent Customer Service in person and over-the-phone to our members but will also book flights, hotels and car rentals as needed. This position is located onsite at our Charlottetown Branch, and is Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm or 9am to 5:30pm and 10am-2pm every third Saturday.

Serving our members in person, over the phone and online
Taking payments, upgrading and enhancing CAA memberships,
Booking cars, hotels and flights
Taking passport pictures
Issuing International Driver's Permits
Assist members plan their road trips and taking customized trip tik orders
handing out tour books and maps
Selling travel medical insurance.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma and preferably have some post-secondary education under your belt.
You are savvy with computer software and can pick up new skills quickly.
You are organized; it's not unusual to see you with a 'to-do' list.
You have enjoyed your experience working with the public.
You are motivated to sell.
You know your way around a map and can identify many major US and Canadian cities.
You are able to work in office.
Most of all you have an awesome attitude and desire to help people.
You can be flexible and work the occasional early evening and 4 hours every third Saturday.
Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
