Nutri-Lawn is one of Canada's leading lawn care companies, having locations from coast to coast and have been servicing lawns for over 30 years.
Our Sudbury office is currently looking to expand by adding a new Customer Service/ Administration Assistant to our team. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting new, and current Nutri-Lawn customers. The position will be key in ensuring Nutri-Lawn achieves its annual targets. The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can grow with us as a company and is looking for a long-term career.
Job Type / Category
This is a full-time position starting immediately. The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager and will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers and becoming an integral part of our expanding office. You will earn an hourly rate of $18.00 per hour to start, plus commission. Our customer service staff generally earn an average of $20-$25 per hour with sales commissions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support and take on designated tasks.
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls.
- Provide information to new, existing, and potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients via phone, email, and text.
- Recommend additional services to solve customer issues.
- Fulfill Administrative tasks with precision and in a timely manner.
- Assist in communication between Managers, office staff and Technicians.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- A High school diploma is preferred.
- Demonstrate a desire to providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and associated products
- Knowledge of CRM and/or database software systems is beneficial.
- Able to work 44 hours per week.
- The ability to work in an open environment.
- The ability to quickly and efficiently problem solve and de-escalate conflict situations.
- Effective time management and organization skills.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
