Customer Service/Dispatcher

The ideal candidate would:

· Have previous experience in the customer service industry (required).

· Be a solid communicator with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills.

· Have a keen eye for detail.

· Good computer knowledge, comfortable working with multiple programs.

· Parts and/or service experience will be considered an asset.

Duties include:

· Scheduling, and dispatching field personnel in a timely manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Source parts/products to provide customers with the best pricing.

· Coordinating and effectively communicating between the service team and customers.

· Scheduling follow-ups and routine services.

· Preparing reports for invoicing.

· Processing purchase orders, tracking incoming parts and inventory.

· Maintaining documentation, reports, and training records.

· Administrative support.

• General office-related duties as required; this is not an exhaustive list of duties.

Education/ Training:

• Experience in Automotive/ Service Advisor or Dispatch service industry.
• Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant experience.

Salary: $20.00-$26.50 per hour
