We are currently looking for an energetic and hard-working individual to assist with the day to day operations for our busy office.
The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for the following activities:
- Process orders and manage accounts receivables and credit card payments
- Accurately prepare invoices, quotes, packing slips
- Handle inbound calls and responds to customers or redirects to Sales Department as required
- Cultivate key customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Up sell on new product opportunities.
- Enter and update client information
- Packaging orders and returns.
- Coordinate with all office staff on Order fulfillment and Purchasing.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving Couriers and arrange cost effective logistics procedures for shipping goods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Excellent computer skills, Windows, Excel, Etc.
- Time management and punctuality
- Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of Simply Accounting

Salary: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
