Doorcare is looking for a skilled person to join our growing team!
Candidate needs to be an enthusiastic individual who is a good listener and problem solver. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Customer Service
- Dealing with walk-in customers
- Assist service and install department
- Data Entry, order entry/invoicing, scheduling, filing and general office administration
Qualifications:
- 2 + years in a fast paced office environment
- Great customer service and people skills
- Well rounded Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quickbooks or similar experience an asset
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative
- Good time management skills
- Professional, enthusiastic demeanor
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
