Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Actively engage with customers to identify sales opportunities and promote products or services
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads, prospects, and sales activities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide product information or resolve inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Assist with sales administration tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-up
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Knowledge of Lakeside Grain & Feed and agriculture sector is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
