Responsibilities:

• Abide by all company policies and procedures
• Professionally represent charitable organizations at all times
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote client brand identity.
• Connect in-person and build rapport with a variety of prospects
• Assist in client data collection with accurate customer profiles
• Perform basic administrative duties
• Attend daily in-person board meetings
• Funding acquisition
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 8 pm

Requirements:

• Previous experience is an asset, but not required
• Ability to establish rapport with clients
• Self-driven
• Ability to work well in a high performing team environment
• Empathetic, professional, and personable demeanour
• Strong communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
