Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual for maternity coverage join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule jobs and estimates with our service technicians
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
