We are looking for a Data Analyst (Full-time Permanent). The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and analyzing data management software including planning and development of databases and maintaining the integrity of data. The Data Analyst will ensure collection methods of data and reporting data are accurate and will troubleshoot when collection/reporting processes experience issues. The Data Analyst will ensure the organization’s data is available to the end-user in a readily available manner. The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring information is secure from unauthorized access or accidental loss.
What you will be doing… The Data Analyst under the direction of the Manager, Information Technology and Data Management, will collect, examine, and report data related to (Breton Ability Centre's) core business performance metrics. This includes both internal and external metrics systems. They will also participate in multiple large projects and initiatives that will provide integral information to various stakeholders including senior management Breton Ability Centre offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University or College degree in a related business management field
- Two (2) years of experience in data analysis
Minimum Experience:
- Experience with the Power BI Platform
- Experience with web metrics and online performance analysis is an asset
- Experience in interpreting and reporting results of analysis, and experience in data processing and file management is necessary
