Data Analyst In Toronto, On

As an early member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping Altrio's Data and Research team and be part of an exciting journey to modernize the $10 trillion dollar global real estate investment industry.

Here are some of the things you'll spend your time doing:

• Analyze, interpret and extract data from financial models (Excel and Argus), Offering Memorandums and/or any other documents
• Collect, normalize, validate and structure incoming data
• Work with the product and engineering team to onboard third-party data providers
• Support the Customer Success team with data migration when onboarding new clients
• Conduct secondary research and update a proprietary database using various sources that include: news articles, press releases, internet research, surveys, and/or direct discussions with service providers
• Ad-hoc data and research project

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency with Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, relatively unstructured environment
• Commercial real estate brokerage experience is an asset
• Great communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Nice to have

• Commercial real estate brokerage experience is an asset
• Data visualization knowledge and skills (Tableau, PowerBI, Python)
