AddressYou will join the Silicon One Productization Team develop data analytics solutions for the silicon supply chain. You will bring together critical thinking, programming, data engineering and data visualization skills to provide real-time and accurate data and decision support tools to engineers and management.
In a fast-paced environment, you would be setting up data flows, selecting and customizing tools and bringing new techniques to all phases of the ASIC product lifecycle. As a part of multi-function teams responsible for solutions to meet cost, quality and delivery targets, you will set up and implement data collection and reporting systems.
Who You'll Work With
We collaborate with ASIC design teams as well as several peer groups in Supply Chain Operations to take Silicon One ASICs to production. The opportunity here is to build and deliver data analysis for a wide variety of technical and business problems.
Who You Are
A successful candidate would have sound knowledge of data engineering and be able to set up data work flows, assess and select tools for data transformation (ETL/ELT). You would need to become comfortable with working with uncertainty and trade-offs.
Our Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent + 10 years or Masters in Computer Science/Engineering + 8 years in a data engineering role.
- High degree of expertise with unstructured data, ETL flows and setting up large relational databases.
- Proficiency Python, R, SQL, Apache Spark
- Experience with cloud-based AI solutions a huge plus.
- Familiar with Unix environment and filesystems.
- Exposure to typical silicon manufacturing and reliability data, day-day issues and experience developing recommendations for decision making are a huge plus.
