Data Entry Clerk

UNITEX Sales Ltd. located in Abbotsford has been in business for over 20 years offering quality corporate clothing and promotional products to a range of industries including the healthcare, security, grocery, pharmacy, cosmetic, farming, building, financial, and retail industry.

We currently have an opening for a Data Entry Clerk.

DATA ENTRY CLERK

This is a part-time position Monday – Friday 1:00pm – 5:00pm with the intention to move to a full-time position after 3 months.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Order fulfilment:

• Enter and process sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Process returns with accuracy and timeliness
• Filing of paperwork

Purchasing:

• Enter purchase orders into software and submit to vendors
• Tracking of orders to ensure delivery timelines are being adhered to
• Freight cost management

Inventory:

• Update vendor pricing and SKU’s into software system

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of post-secondary school data-entry experience
• Strong mathematical skills
• Strong computer skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to research
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Organized multitasker with a can-do attitude
• Must be reliable, dependable with high integrity and strong work ethic

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
