Position Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for providing support to the Order fulfillment team. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting and maintaining a high volume of data from multiple sources into computer files, databases, and ERP systems. They will verify, edit, and resolve discrepancies in data as needed.

Job Duties
- Transfer data from hard copy to computer files and/or digital databases.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Create spreadsheets to track important company information.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and all applicable regulations.
- Attend any training session designated by the Company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in Data Entry is an asset
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP programs
- Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent workplace housekeeping is essential
- Ability to work with strong attention to detail and time lines.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and previous experience with Databases.
Working Conditions
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
- Available for work on evenings and weekends as needed
- PPE Required: Scrubs, gloves, hairnets, and safety shoes
