Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input alphanumeric data into computer systems.

- Ensure timely and efficient Data Entry while maintaining high accuracy.
- Typing:
- Demonstrate proficient typing skills to input data quickly and accurately.
- Transcribe and format documents as needed.
- Data Verification:
- Cross-check and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
- Quality Assurance:
- Follow established quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in regular quality checks and audits.
- Record Maintenance:
- Update and maintain electronic or paper records as required.
- Organize and file documents in accordance with company policies.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across the organization.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
