Data Entry Clerk

Position: Data Entry Clerk III

Time Duration: 3 Months Contract( With possible extension)

Work Settings: Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office)

Description :

Responsibilities:

• Data review and entry of sensitive and confidential information that is restricted by both regulatory and legal guidelines

• Learn how to access and use new and proprietary systems to execute job function

• Track and enter data as outlined by the project lead

• Strict adherence to our privacy and confidentiality guidelines

• Commitment to supporting our organization's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to responsibly manage sensitive information.

• Understanding Group Retirement and pension legislation.

• Accounting & Financial foundation is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$22.71 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
