The Data Entry Clerk will perform weekly duties related to the efficient processing and maintenance of purchase orders, employee expenses, vendor bills and vendor payments.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Data entry of administration and production department purchase orders for approval
- Data entry of employee expenses, including receipts, of both company credit card and out of pocket items
- Receive approved purchase orders and convert to invoices in NetSuite
- Setup payment file for electronic file transfer
- Set up new vendors in NetSuite as required
- General filing including opening mail, scanning documents, distributing to the appropriate party, and electronic filing
Qualifications:
- Prior Data Entry in an accounting system is an asset
- Prior work in an administrative role with expense tracking responsibility is an asset
