Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into the computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Customer Service and Inside Sales
- Maintain and update databases with new information
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for Data Entry and retrieval
- Familiarity with databases and data management
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage large amounts of information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and filing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative or Data Entry role is preferred
