Job Title: Data Entry Assistant (Remote Work)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to join our team and support our Data Entry tasks remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
- Assist with creating reports and presentations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry clerk or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and Data Entry software
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
