Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Document Processing/Administrative Specialist to assist with sensitive legal paperwork and filing system. The right candidate will compile files as required by management, complete basic clerical tasks, maintain organization of paperwork, handle communication between management teams and employees, and take notes as required. The candidate will be expected to professionally and efficiently operate office equipment such as scanners/printers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office
- Clerical experience is an asset
- Professional English (writing and oral skills)
- Attention to details
- Multitasking and ability to work in a face-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively in a professional manner
