We’re looking for a strong individual to play a key role in helping manage our Information Data Systems, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data needs. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of data management best practices, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They must be comfortable working with complex systems and possess a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team is essential. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and validate data, ensuring its quality and completeness. They will be responsible for monitoring data systems and identifying any issues or inconsistencies, implementing solutions, and ensuring data confidentiality and security measures are in place. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Collect, analyze, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness • Monitor, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies • Collaborate with other departments to deliver technology solutions that support company growth • Develop and implement data management processes, including data maintenance, cleaning, and standardization • Create and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams • Generate and distribute regular reports and ad-hoc analysis to provide insights and support decision-making • Participate in data integration projects, ensuring data systems are aligned and integrated effectively. • Maintain customer portal data; admin functions, data upload/changes, communication details YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Requirements • Some experience in a similar role • Critical thinking skills within a fast paced environment • Knowledge of data modeling and database design concepts • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques • Solid understanding of data privacy and security regulations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively within a team setting At CBP, our culture is at the heart of our company.
