Social Media Manager

### Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of various Social Media platforms.

### Duties:

- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze Social Media data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
- Manage Social Media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of Social Media efforts

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for clarity and accuracy
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Social Media content optimization
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple Social Media accounts simultaneously
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$21.94 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
