DUTIES:

• Assist the Marketing team to develop robust, integrated Social Media strategies that drive engagement.
• Manage day-to-day activities on internal Social Media accounts.
• Capture still and video content using iPhone for internal and external clients.
• Edit content using iPhone editing apps such as CapCut and InShot.
• Assist Creative Director in Organizing photo and video shoots, scout locations, source talent, create mood boards and call sheets.
• Create and manage digital content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand for our internal clients.
• Formulate and implement best-practices, mechanisms and measurement tools.
• Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given Social Media/digital platform.
• Provide inspirational and creative ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-4 years of related content creation and Social Media experience
• Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, Social Media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
• Proven experience with concept development
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing Social Media platforms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media management and Content creation.
• Experience using Social Media planning, listening & monitoring tools like Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Buffer, Planoly, etc. Comfortability with Social Media reporting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills. You have the ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize projects accordingly.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Work experience with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Lightroom).
• Must be comfortable doing minor copywriting and graphic design projects.

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
