```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring all Social Media channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing Social Media data to optimize performance. ```Responsibilities:``` - Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic - Manage and monitor all Social Media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. - Create engaging and compelling content for Social Media platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all Social Media channels - Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy - Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics - Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media best practices and technologies ```Experience:``` - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. - Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and reporting tools - Experience with research and analysis of target audience preferences - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visually appealing content - Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices - Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus - Ability to write engaging copy that aligns with brand voice - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager - Familiarity with Social Media management tools like Hootsuite If you are a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and have the skills mentioned above, we would love to hear from you.
