Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
Duties:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) on Social Media channels
- Monitor Social Media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Social Media marketing
-Able to manage multiple Social Media accounts from different industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all Social Media channels
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze Social Media metrics and provide monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their best practices
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for accuracy and clarity
- Experience with advertising campaigns on Social Media platforms
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like canva or figma.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated with the latest industry trends
- Familiarity automation tools like meta business suite, hootsuite etc.
- Proficiency in content recording. (Mainly photo or short videos)
- Knowledge of SEO principles is advantageous
-Good with copywriting and audience engagement strategies.
