Ordonez Group Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness for all company businesses, drive website traffic, and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
- Monitor, listen to and respond to users in a way that reflects the company image and promotes interest in our products and services
- Developing relevant content topics and Social Media strategies to reach the company’s target customers, along with those of its subsidiaries, and mapping out the tasks needed to implement strategies
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, audio and other formats as necessary)
- Oversee design;
- Social media graphics for all active platforms
- Ad design
- Website design
- Newsletter creation and content
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Promote products, services and content over Social Media, in a way that is consistent with the company’s branding and Social Media strategy, while striving to meet certain quotas or strategized outcomes on a weekly/monthly basis
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care
- Work closely with Butcher Shop Manager to generate and implement promotional strategies to highlight key sale seasons over the course of the year, including the creation of specials, sales and campaigns for the promotion of products within the butcher
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
- Liaise with community promotional partners and vendors about all collaborative productions (e.g. local radio stations)
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
- Have knowledge of SEO best practices
- Manage marketing budget and gather numerical data to support the justification of purchasing decisions in the department
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
- Create and share reports detailing summaries of campaign results (ROI) and impact on profits and sales to be presented to management
- Maintain and update content and design across company websites
- Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a new e-commerce platform on the company website
- Oversee the launch and start-up of online sales, including the creation of a plan proposal and roadmap to launch
Qualifications
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Demonstrates flexibility in thinking and the ability to adapt to new situations, platforms, and challenges.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Displays the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio and video format.
- Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
- Practices superior time management.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
- Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
